**Purpose:**
This ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative determination of Human Ubiquitin C-Terminal Hydrolase L1 (UCH-L1) in human serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. **Experimental Principle:**
The assay is based on the double-antibody sandwich ELISA technique. A microtiter plate is pre-coated with a specific monoclonal antibody against UCH-L1.
