Natural materials like wood and parquet flooring complement the metal and ceramic details, making these solidarity cafés both warm and contemporary. --- ### Lagardère Paris Racing The Lagardère Paris Racing, a famous Parisian sports club, requested a modern makeover for their restaurant. The goal was to update the traditional British clubhouse aesthetic with a contemporary twist. Tartan patterns appear in a fresh version on the carpets, while tennis-inspired elements—like the white piping on the leather benches and the lines on the floor—are subtly incorporated. Soft, soothing colors on the walls, paired with distinctive features like oak stains, carpeting, and green marble bars, create a cozy yet elegant space. Every detail, from the ceiling designs to the acoustic treatments, reflects meticulous planning. --- ### Koesio Offices Nestled on the top floor of a Haussmann building in Paris, Koesio’s offices were redesigned to offer a friendly, flexible workspace. The goal was to blend modern touches with the classic Haussmannian architecture. Isolated offices, conversation bubbles, and connected meeting rooms all enjoy abundant natural light, enhanced by daring color choices. Custom-made furniture, such as a bookcase seamlessly integrated under the "rampant," contributes to the minimalist and calming ambiance of the space. --- ### Country House Sarah Lavoine transformed a country house with a decor that feels as if it has always been there. Located just an hour from Paris, the house strikes a perfect balance between vintage charm and contemporary style. Visible wooden beams and old floor tiles harmonize beautifully with the studio’s modern touch. Large windows invite the outdoors in, while sconces provide a gentle glow at night. Mirrors and the signature "Bleu Sarah" paint add structure and warmth, ensuring every piece of furniture complements the overall aesthetic. --- ### Le Café de Paris, Biarritz – The Hotel In Biarritz, the Sarah Lavoine studio took on the ambitious task of redesigning the restaurant, bar, and 19 rooms of the prestigious Le Café de Paris hotel. Known for its stunning seafront location, the hotel now boasts a contemporary yet authentic vibe. Sarah Poniatowski explains her vision: “I wanted to create an authentic space with a strong identity that never goes out of style.” From the bar to the rooms, every corner invites relaxation and connection. --- ### New York Flat The challenge here was to transform a 250-square-meter apartment into a modern sanctuary. Each room was carefully planned with unique furniture and materials. A walnut skylight separates the kitchen and dining area, while a wood and rabane bookcase dominates the living room.
