BRABBU Featured In The New Moongata Showroom

A new impressive showroom has opened in the heart of Barrio de Las Letras, in Madrid, Spain: MOONGATA Showroom.
BRABBU was one of the international brands whose luxury pieces were chosen for this unique space. The name "Moongata" comes from a Swedish word meaning the path of light that the moon reflects on water. It was founded by José Usero and Alfredo Díaz.

The goal was to create a space offering an exclusive selection of decorative and furniture design pieces with soul and character. Every piece tells a different story, and each client who walks through the door feels something special. More than a luxury showroom, it's an inspirational art gallery. Pieces like the MALAY Armchair, COMO Sofa, and ZULU Sofa, all designed by BRABBU, are featured here.

Everyone will be amazed by how well-designed the space is, how every detail was carefully considered, and how the luxury pieces contrast beautifully with one another.

KOKET Goes – Ethnic Chic

A charming Amsterdam canal house is transformed by the designers at Ethnic Chic using KOKET pieces

Imagine walking along Amsterdam’s picturesque streets; old bridges lead through canals lined with charming row houses. It's in one of these beautiful homes where Robin Toetenel and Ingrid Steyrer, the design duo behind Ethnic Chic, transformed an empty house into a warm and sophisticated space, incorporating some KOKET luxury pieces into the interior design. The result is a stunning canal house filled with custom furniture design, lavish fabrics, and quality craftsmanship.

Ethnic Chic started as a boutique in the heart of Amsterdam in 2004, selling unique and compelling home décor. After many requests for interior design projects, Toetenel and his first business partner began exploring interior design, leading to the birth of a new design studio. The canal house project was completed in just three weeks, with custom furniture design sourced from around the world to add cultural soul and character to the space, challenging the designers to introduce new products and brands.

One of these exclusive brands is KOKET, whose tempting furniture design pieces are seen in the bedroom and living room designs of the canal house. The living room features grand ceilings and large windows, which the designers used to their advantage. Decorated in tones of aubergine, two matching Burlesque consoles were placed on either side of the marble fireplace. The luxury console table, with its acrobatic polished brass hoops and exotic reptile embossed velvet, added the perfect touch of spice the designers were looking for.

NEW DREAMY DESIGN HOUSE In the Heart of the Douro

Designed to be a “new experience for design lovers,” the Covet House is a place specially conceived for professionals in the interior design world.

Located on the Douro River bank, 15 minutes from Porto’s historical centre, the COVET HOUSE is a traditionally built manor filled with remarkable architectural details that reflect its noble past. Its interior design, created by Covet Lounge, features luxury furniture pieces from some of the world’s most recognized and prestigious furniture design and lighting brands – Boca do Lobo, DelightFULL, Brabbu, Koket, Essential Home, Maison Valentina, Circu, and Luxxu.

The COVET HOUSE offers an unbelievable view over the river, and its Southern facing front ensures a full day of splendid sunlight. It's easy to get lost in the landscape over the river, and looking around, details jump out at you. With a gorgeous swimming pool for long dives and an amazing space for sunbathing, COVET HOUSE looks fresh, eclectic, and playful — perfect to enjoy life. Outside the house, there's a beautiful and antique chapel, which is an integral part of the property, reflecting the Catholic heritage of the Portuguese people. In the garden, wide cages with beautiful peacocks add an exotic and luxurious atmosphere.

Each interior design bedroom has a different concept and a unique sensation. Thinking about renovating the master bedroom concept, Boca do Lobo introduced a whole new idea for the suite. Black and gold are the standout colors in the different luxurious pieces that come together to create a luxury and seductive ambiance. Gold leaf and black lacquer are the main materials in the room, mixed with details such as insects and brass handmade nails.

And because there's a story behind everything, stepping into BRABBU’s suite, you can feel that the story is centered around nature, written through the materials, textures, and colors of some of the most interesting places around the world. Just by looking at the luxurious SEQUOIA side table, you can sense the power of nature, the ancient spirit of the tallest trees in the world.

Coming out of a bedroom and peeking into another, you can see sensual lines and a feminine concept. The luxury design brand Koket, known for its empowering and dramatic statement furniture design pieces, has created two luxury rooms so guests can feel Koket’s opulent lifestyle. The KOKET’s bedroom project is designed as the perfect bedroom set.

The Covet House represents part of Portugal’s culture and history and is a perfect match with the country’s strongest design group with a 10-year legacy. It’s an anthem to the future and a tribute to those who helped along the journey. Ultimately, COVET HOUSE is a project to celebrate design with friends.
