The advantage of the ISA sleeve labeler is that the labeling can be adjusted according to the shape of the plastic cup container. Using ISA, the label can be placed directly on the thermoformed plastic cup container on the FFS line at a rate of 12,000 to 48,000 cups per hour. ISA's unique construction, filled and sealed plastic cup containers will be individually transported into a series of sealed chambers for nesting operations, where steam jets of different duration (less than 0.8 seconds) will quickly fill the existing space. , to achieve the rapid contraction of the label around the container, complete the process of labeling.

The amount of steam necessary to complete the entire operation of the shrink sleeve is directly proportional to the sleeve speed. The steam consumption of the ISA is only 1/10 of that of conventional heat-shrink tunnels because it does not require pre-heating and steam is not consumed when the machine is in stand-by mode.

Until now, the constant changes in the form of containers and labels have always been a limitation for FFS plastic cup packaging equipment, but they are equipped with ISA heat shrink sleeve labeling devices – a device based on its own dedicated shrink rollers, in 30 minutes.
