main reason:
1. UV Varnish viscosity is too high.
2. The rubberized anilox roller cable is too thick (oversized) and the surface is not smooth.
3. The coating pressure is not uniform.
4. UV Varnish is poorly leveled.
Solution: Reduce the viscosity of the UV varnish and reduce the amount of coating; adjust the pressure evenly; the coating roller should be ground and polished; add a bright leveling agent.
