Fault one: suddenly initialized or initialized

Treatment method:

Fault 5: Black line (direction is horizontal)

Treatment method:

1 Because the roller is dirty, clean the roller.

2 The ground wire is not good and the roller is static.

3 The operating voltage is unstable There is a large voltage difference jump.

4 The data transmission is unstable (the RIP machine's memory, dispatch card, and hard disk will all have an impact).

Failure six: 5055S machine report (Film jam 5) wrong

Treatment method:

1 The cassette was turned over. Filming couldn't get in. When it was put into the cassette, the machine began to rotate. If it was finally heard, the machine must be a card to adjust the position of the aluminum sheet on the right side of the cassette.

Treatment method:

Fault 9: The machine has a white film, it is re-emerged and disappears, the word has a ghost image, and the image shifts.

Solution: Replace the B9110 chip on the motherboard.

Fault 10: Display Alarm: SERIAL ERROR 11

Cause: It should be a communication error between the imagesetter and the puncher.

deal with:

1 Check if there is any problem with connection, power (ground, voltage).

2 Disconnect the imagesetter from the punch (set the DIPSW switch 6 on the main control board to ON) and try it out separately. If the error is still reported, the motherboard may be damaged.

Fault 11: Display alarm: MACHINE ERROR 30

Cause: It should be caused by the motherboard power supply lower than 4.8V.

Phenomenon: RECORDING 1%-100% suddenly disappear when you are filming, reinitialize INSTALLING...

Treatment: Use a voltmeter (DC) on the main control board to measure the voltage between TP06--TPA02 to see if it is less than 4.8V (normally 4.8V-5.3V). If so, adjust the PS1 (a small screw on the blue-yellow head, turn clockwise, and increase the voltage) on the power board to make the main board voltage 5V. If not, consider replacing the power board.

Fault 12: Display alarm: MACHINE ERROR 24

Cause: The gear between the imagesetter and the take-up box is not well-matched or the sensor is out of order.

Fault 13: Display Alarm: AFP POWER OFF 1

Fault 14: Display Alarm: LOADING ERROR

Fault 15: Display Alarm: WIDTH NOT ENOUGH

Cause: The film width does not match the setting width of the imagesetter.

Fault 16: Monitor Alarm: MACHINE ERROR 2

Cause: The front cutter has failed

deal with:

1 Is the plug position on the ON 110? (After the mainboard is replaced by a newly installed or old machine).

2 Check that the cutter's fuse is ON or OFF and should be ON.

3 The position of the knife sensor moves or the sensor is broken.

Fault 17: Display Alarm: MACHINE ERROR 15(12)

Cause: When the exposure was started, the exposure signal was too weak or the sensor did not sense the light signal.

Fault 18: Display Alarm: IMAGE ERROR

Cause: Data signal transmission communication error.
