In addition to the cutting of the book block, the cutting process of the book block also includes the process of flower opening. The Huaikou is more complex than the rolling of the Golden Port, and the quality requirements are quite strict. It is required to make it once during the operation and there is no room for rework.

1) Flower mouth material and formula

1 materials: including adhesive and color two.

Adhesives: Dilution with hydrochloric acid (bottom adhesive), clear water, flour paste, seaweed boiled.

Pigments: yellow, red, blue and fresh cattle bitter gall.

2 preparation.

a. Take three weights of equal weight. One by one, each color material is ground into a fine powder using porcelain enamel or copper enamel (the finer the finer it is, the finer particles are not allowed). Do not mix with each other while grinding. Clean the dishes after each color is finished. The ground toner is put into a transparent container for use.

b. Put the fresh cow bitter gall bladder (select one or two according to the amount) in the container, add no water, stew in boiling water (about 10 minutes after the water boils), and then evenly distribute into 3 colors (1 fresh Cattle gall color each with 15-25g) and immediately stir until ready for use.

There are two kinds of adhesive material, the bottom adhesive and color adhesive. The role of the bottom adhesive is to make the color material firmly adhere to the incision; the role of the color paste is to adhere the color to the surface when it is sticky)

a. Bottom adhesive: Take 1/4 hydrochloric acid solution and 3/4 clear water and mix evenly.

b. color paste: the flour and sea creatures boiled water mixture diluted heating, boiled into a fine sticky liquid (viscosity slightly thicker than the scouring) can be.

2) Tools and Uses

1 A rectangle-shaped container box (with wooden tin or aluminum skin in wooden box) with a box length of 800 mm and a width of 300 mm (Figure 7-1). The box is divided into two sections, a section of which is 600mm long and is used for storing paste adhesives. The other section is 200mm long. It is used for storing the remaining materials after the filing. The two sections are separated and cannot be mixed.

2 Ordinary sheep hair brush 3 (each color is equipped with 1, can not be mixed), used for painting color.

5 Connect the flat nozzle water pipe (similar to the ultrasonic nozzle) to the water pipe, that is, use a high-pressure water pipe to prepare for flushing after finishing the flower mouth.

3) The operation process and requirements of the flower mouth.

The core of the book block must be cut after cutting, but it is not possible to cut the light once with a three-sided knife. Cut one side of the book block to prevent the other side of the cut from being stained, resulting in messy patterns. The process is as follows: preparatory work before painting → sticking material → painting color material → flower opening → washing → natural drying → inspection.

All materials and tools should be prepared before opening the mouth, and one of them must not be missed to avoid continuous processing due to lack of leakage. The operation must be absolutely correct and correct. It must not be stopped halfway.
