Electrocatalytic oxidation of anisodamine by single-walled carbon nanotube composite membrane electrode

A single-walled carbon nanotube-congo red (SCNTWs-CR) chemically modified electrode with water as a dispersant was prepared to study the electrochemical behavior and electrochemical kinetics of anisodamine on the modified electrode. The results show that the modifier has a significant electrocatalytic effect on the oxidation of anisodamine; the oxidation process of anisodamine is an irreversible two-electron two-proton process, its diffusion coefficient and rate constant on the modified electrode are 6 .49 × 10-2cm2 / s, 6.52 × 10-3mol / (LS · s). Based on the experimental optimization analysis conditions, an electrochemical quantitative analysis method for direct determination of anisodamine was established. The linear range of the method was 1.73 × 10-5 to 5.17 × 10-5 mole / L and 6.31 × 10- 5 ~ 1.14 × 10-4 mol / L, the detection limit is 1.74 × 10-6 mol / L, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the same electrode is 3.66 !. This method can also be used for the determination of anisodamine.
