Wang Tianshu was discovered in the forest of Xishuangbanna by the Yunnan Forestry Expedition Team in 1975. Wangtianshu belongs to the Diptera family, and the genus Liuan. The genus has a total of 11 members, most of which are distributed in Southeast Asia. Wangtianshu is a rare and rare species that grows only in Yunnan, China. Moreover, they are only distributed in the 20 square kilometers of the Xishuangbanna and the Guangnai Xinzhai to Jingpeng area. Calculated on a per hectare basis, Wangtianshu has a volume of 440-460 cubic meters per hectare. Together with other tree species in the forest, it can accumulate more than 800 cubic meters of wood per hectare, more than twice as much as other tropical forests.
