The project undertaker, Qingdao Guolin Industrial Co., Ltd., started the research and development of large-scale ozone equipment in 2010, and with the support of the national major special plan and the Qingdao Municipal Science and Technology Development Plan, it has successively broken through the efficient ozone generation unit technology and has good heat dissipation performance. 6 key technologies including large-scale ozone generation chamber technology, 1200kW capacitive load ozone generator dedicated high-power intermediate frequency inverter power supply technology, large-scale ozone generator power supply control and monitoring technology, and applied for 2 national invention patents and utility model patents 2 items. After two months of stable operation in the factory and the detection of the National Electronic and Electrical Appliance Safety Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, its ozone concentration, ozone output, ozone power consumption and other indicators have reached the international leading level.
The development of this project marks that China has the R & D and manufacturing technology of a 120kg / h large-scale ozone generator with complete independent intellectual property rights, and has become one of the only three countries in the world with this manufacturing technology. The successful development and application of the project will effectively promote the improvement of China's ozone equipment manufacturing level and application level, promote China's ecological civilization construction and national quality of life, and will also greatly enhance China's confidence in domestic large-scale ozone equipment in municipal Water supply and environmental protection .
